I've always appreciated music as a a way to communicate what words can't. A well-timed riff, a complex harmony, or thoughtful sound design can carry a listener away and place them squarely in a particular emotion, memory or experience. In the Garden with Corey Rose is my way of sharing the music that makes me dance, cry, laugh, sing, and most importantly, feel. This space will be a mix of playlist recommendations, album reviews, and my hot takes on music as a lens through which to view, critique, and engage with society.
